Green Keto Shake
Ever since I went Keto I eat one of these literally EVERYDAY. I’m super lazy and they are so quick and delicious. I also recommend drinking it while watching Boy Meets World to improve overall mental wellness;)
Nutrition Facts:
Protein: 50g, Net Carbs: 7g, Fibre 7g, Fat:28g
Ingedients:
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp collagen
- 1tbsp skinny syrup (I use the s'more flavour:)
- 3 tbsp fat greek yogurt
- half cup of coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 1 cup of spinach
- COMBINE IN BLENDER AND VOILA! WE HAVE A HULK.
