Galentine’s Cheesecake Bites
Keto Cheesecake Bites
Who says you can’t have dessert when you cut carbs? These low carb cheesecake bites are equal parts adorable and delicious! Recommended pairing with a nice bottle of wine, candlelight, and a Bridget Jones’s Diary marathon.

Carbs: 10g, Fibre:8g, Protein:6g, Fat:18g
Ingredients
Crust:
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
Cheesecake
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1tbsp glazed donut skinny syrup
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 125 g of cream cheese softened (tip: Philly's mixed berry whipped cream cheese taste AMAZING in this)
Instructions
1.Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
2.Mix together all crust ingredients in a bowl, stir well
3.I used a bite size cupcake pan that makes about 15-18 mini cheesecakes depending on how big you want them
4. Grease pan
5. Press crust into baking pan, you want just a thin layer for the base of each cake
6. Beat cheese cake ingredients together until cheese is nice and smooth
7.Pour cheesecake into crust and smooth down
8. Place in oven for 10-15 mins, you want the cheese to still be soft or (moist lol) when you take it out
9. Refrigerate overnight. You can put it in the freezer to speed up the process, but the longer in the fridge the better
