Papaya Paradise Bowl
The Perfect Summer Indulgence
Just because you can’t afford that beach vacation you were hoping for, doesn’t mean you can’t bring the tropical paradise to your own backyard! Before I went Keto, which has helped fix my gut on so many levels…I was a fruit freak. This recipe is NOT keto by any means, so for my friends that love natural sugars: this smoothie bowl is for you!
Ingredients in Smoothie
- Strawberry Banana Protein Powder
- 1/2 Sambazon Superfruit frozen Acai pack
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp full fat plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 papaya
Toppings
- 1 kiwi
- 2 chopped strawberrries
- 1/2 dragonfruit (both red and white)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 passion fruit
- 2 tbsp Love Grown's sweet cranberry pecan granola
- 2 tbsp fresh coconut shavings
Instructions are pretty basic: hallow out half a papaya into the smoothie bowl with the other ingredients, blend and top to your liking. Enjoy all the sweetness the summer has to offer. Now excuse me while I go plunge into the pool. Xx
