‘That’s So Fetch’ Smoothie Bowl (Keto)
On Wednesday’s we eat pink. I am a firm believer that a smoothie bowl a day keeps the h8t3rs away. Raise your hand if you’ve ever been personally victimized by your diet? I love the idea of eating healthy, but I’m not a rabbit, dry salad and chicken just don’t do anything for me. So when I started experimenting with smoothie bowls, it was like love at first bite. There’s so many variations you can try, but today I’m gonna give you the ingredients to one of my favourite low carb recipes
Ingredients
- half cup of raspberries
- 3 tbsp plain fat greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp walnut bits
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp almond bits
